Deployment Guide
READ THIS FIRST!
This contains instructions for setting up and configuring the ShoreTel Premise Phone System's
Salesforce.com Cloud Adapter.
ShoreTel Salesforce.com Softphone Package
This link runs the ShoreTel Salesforce.com Softphone package which installs the ShoreTel Call Center Adapter.
The customer's Salesforce.com admin should install this package to create the ShoreTel Call Center Definition
which must then be configured as spelled out in Deployment Guide and elaborated on in the User Guide.
Trial License Key
If the customer has purchased the ShoreTel Salesforce.com application they will receive a permanent
license key. If they are trialing the application they can use this key good for 45 days to try out
the application first. See the Deployment Guide for instructions on installing the ShoreTel
Professional Services licensing manager (if needed) and configuring the permanent or trial license.
User Guide
This is the user guide for the ShoreTel Salesforce.com application. They can also be accessed by users directly
from the softphone by clicking the question mark icon at the bottom of the softphone.
Release Notes
These are the release notes for the ShoreTel Salesforce.com application. They
can also be accessed by users directly from the softphone by displaying the debug panel (clicking the gear icon) and then clicking on the Version
number at the bottom of the softphone.
Mac Chrome Browser Launch Utility Zip File
This utility is for users using Chrome on a Mac who haven't configured a Reverse Proxy to enable the required
security settings. See the Deployment Guide for information.
The ShoreTel Softphone URL (HTTP)
This is the production Softphone URL. When used by Salesforce it causes the softphone to be loaded into an iFrame
in the user's Saleforce.com web pages. When navigated to directly it provides details of the Softphone. This is the
insecure (HTTP) URL.

This is the production Softphone URL. When used by Salesforce it causes the softphone to be loaded into an iFrame
in the user's Saleforce.com web pages. When navigated to directly it provides details of the Softphone. This is the
secure (HTTPS) URL.
